We've been managing our own servers for many years now, using the superb Linode as our upstream provider. Using Debian, we are able to provide you with secure, fast and reliable hosting for your website.

Fast & reliable

Although our main server environment is within the UK, we also have access to 5 other data centers around the world. This allows us to place your website in a location that is closest to your user base, providing them with the fastest access possible to your website.

Our server environment allows us to provide you with a minimum of 99.96% yearly availability, however in reality we often reach closer to 99.99%, or in more Human friendly words: less than 1 hour of downtime per year.

Smart reporting

We've implemented many levels of reporting for our web servers and web applications, allowing us to know in real time if there are any issues with your site. In fact, it's because of this that we have often fixed bugs many hours before a client has reported it.

We don't do insecure

Many companies use insecure technologies every day when accessing their server, mostly using something called FTP to change the files of your website. Each time they do this, they are putting your website (and your business!) at risk because the username & password are being transferred in plaintext, allowing anyone to easily get at them.

When ever we access our servers, it is done over a secure encrypted connection using SSH. Your business is important to us, and we wouldn't want to put your name at risk, that is why we take these extra steps to stay secure.
